Een sociale organisatie in Utrecht zoekt een Ambulant begeleider Jeugd en Gezin. In deze rol ondersteun je gezinnen met complexe problemen en help je hen nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van zorgplannen en werkt zelfstandig, vaak in de avond. Vereisten zijn onder andere een HBO-opleiding in social work en SKJ-registratie. De functie biedt een contract van 12 maanden voor 24 tot 32 uur per week met diverse ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
