Het Leger des Heils in Utrecht zoekt een Ambulante Begeleider die volwassenen met complexe problemen helpt opnieuw grip op hun leven te krijgen. Je biedt begeleiding aan mensen die zorgmijden en helpt hen stappen te zetten richting herstel.
Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Social Work en ervaring met ambulante hulpverlening. Dit is een contract voor 12 maanden, met een salaris tussen de € 3.498,- en € 5.216,- bruto per maand.
