Interakt Contour zoekt een Coördinerend Begeleider voor Jeanne d’Arcdreef in Utrecht. In deze rol begeleid je 33 bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en draag je bij aan een stabiele en ondersteunende omgeving. Je coacht collega’s, ondersteunt bij escalaties en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken.
De functie biedt een vast contract voor 22 tot 36 uur per week, met een salaris tussen de € 2.893,- en € 3.902,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime werkweek. Een uitdagende rol in een betrokken team waar ruimte is voor ontwikkeling en humor.
