Bij Lister in Utrecht zoeken we een Begeleider voor 28-32 uur per week. Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun ontwikkeling, leert hen vaardigheden, en coördineert begeleiding samen met een herstelcoach.
Je werkt binnen een gebiedsteam dat begeleiding biedt aan volwassenen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen, en je draagt bij aan het voorkomen van terugval door samen te werken aan persoonlijke doelen.
