De Tussenvoorziening zoekt een Individueel Begeleider in Utrecht. Je ondersteunt deelnemers met een psychiatrische achtergrond en helpt hen bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Je neemt deel aan een team van ervaren begeleiders en biedt een veilige omgeving voor de bewoners. De functie vraagt om goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met sociale kwetsbaarheid. Wij bieden een jaarcontract voor 24-32 uur per week en een aantrekkelijk pakket aan arbeidsvoorwaarden.
