Het Leger des Heils in Utrecht zoekt een ambulant begeleider voor ondersteuning aan kwetsbare mensen in de regio Lekstroom. In deze rol bied je begeleiding aan mensen met diverse problemen, zoals dakloosheid en psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid. Je helpt hen bij het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband en het bereiken van stabiliteit.
Je hebt de autonomie om je eigen werkrooster te bepalen, werkt zelfstandig en maakt deel uit van een betrokken team. Een HBO-diploma in Social Work of aanverwant is vereist, evenals ervaring met ambulant werk.
