Een zorgorganisatie in Utrecht zoekt enthousiaste begeleiders voor volwassenen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking. Je begeleidt bewoners in hun zelfredzaamheid en bent verantwoordelijk voor hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Ervaring in de zorg en een mbo-opleiding niveau 4 zijn noodzakelijk. Het aanbod omvat een salaris tussen € 2836 en € 3825, secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en opleidingsmogelijkheden. Flexibiliteit in werktijden is gewenst, inclusief oproepdiensten in de weekenden.
