Flits Interim zoekt een projectleider jeugd om samen met beleidsadviseurs jeugd en volksgezondheid de sociale basis voor kinderen en jongeren in Montfoort te versterken. Je werkt aan bestedingsplannen voor incidentele middelen en voert delen ervan uit.
Daarnaast verbind je het jeugdteam met het preventieve veld, ontwikkel je een sociale kaart en draag je bij aan lopende programma’s zoals Kansrijke Start en Kind naar Gezond Gewicht, in samenwerking met de GGD.
