SDL Samenwerking De Liemers zoekt een woonbegeleider in Utrecht voor de opvang van Oekraïense ontheemden. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, ondersteunt hen bij vragen over wonen en participatie, en zorgt voor de naleving van huisregels.
Je biedt begeleiding, beheert administratieve processen en onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe partners. Naast empathie en goede communicatievaardigheden heb je ook administratieve vaardigheden nodig. Deze rol is onderdeel van een flexteam.
