Domus+ Rosaburgh zoekt een Sociaal Pedagogisch Werker 2 die bewoners met psychiatrie, verslaving en/of LVB herstelgericht ondersteunt. Je begeleidt één-op-één en in groep, leert woonvaardigheden aan en bouwt aan netwerken voor zelfredzaamheid.
Je hebt een mbo-diploma niveau 4 en bent stressbestendig met sterke sociale vaardigheden. De functie is 24–32 uur per week, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling via trainingen en opleidingen.
