Impegno is een jonge, dynamische organisatie actief in geestelijke gezondheidszorg en jeugdzorg. Als jeugdbegeleider werk je met gezinnen in de regio Utrecht/Nieuwegein en help je kinderen veilig en gezond op te groeien. Je werkt in een informeel, klein team waar autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.
Je voert ambulante begeleiding uit, stelt begeleidingsplannen op en werkt samen met andere hulpverleners. De functie is doordeweeks, met 28–36 uur per week.
