Interakt Contour zoekt een praktische en betrokken begeleider voor de Terwijde-locatie in Utrecht. De bewoners, 25–65 jaar met matige tot lichte verstandelijke beperkingen, wonen verspreid over zeven woningen en krijgen semi-zelfstandige ondersteuning.
Je werkt in een stabiel team en draagt bij aan dagelijkse activiteiten, medische afspraken en contacten met dagbesteding of werk. Startbonus tot €500 kan tijdelijk worden toegekend.
