Leger des Heils in Bosch en Duin zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider voor veteranen. Je werkt twee dagen van 07:00-15:15 uur en bent daarnaast onregelmatig inzetbaar voor ochtend- of avonddiensten, doordeweeks en in het weekend.
Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor zorgplannen maar werkt nauw samen met woonbegeleiders en het trajectteam. De functie vraagt een HBO-opleiding Social Work (of vergelijkbaar), administratieve vaardigheden en affiniteit met veteranen.
