Lokalis zoekt een ambulante Jeugd- en Gezinscoach voor ondersteuning van gezinnen in de wijk Utrecht. Je biedt hulp individueel, collectief en digitaal, met focus op zelfredzaamheid en veiligheid van kinderen. Je werkt samen met het buurtteam en netwerken in de wijk.
Je hebt een HBO- of WO-opleiding, bent BIG- of SKJ-geregistreerd, en beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring. Parttime/volle inzet mogelijk, met flexibele werkindeling en ruimte voor professionele groei.
