Flits Interim zoekt een ervaren professional voor het begeleiden van nieuwkomers binnen de Wet inburgering. Je beheert zelfstandig een caseload, voert intakegesprekken en stelt een individueel PIP op in afstemming met de inwoner.
Je verzorgt warme overdracht met COA en stemt af met netwerkpartners voor benodigde informatie. Daarnaast geef je opdrachten aan taalaanbieders en partners, bewaak je voortgang en einddoelen van het inburgeringstraject, en begeleid je uitstroom naar werk of
