Lister zoekt een Begeleider op de Waalstraat voor 24 tot 28 uur per week in een beschermde woonvorm. Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling, zelfredzaamheid en het voorkomen van terugval bij cliënten.
Er is intensieve samenwerking met een persoonlijk begeleider/herstelcoach aan het Begeleidingsplan en je coördineert deels de begeleiding. Werkdagen zijn op werkdagen met diensttijden 08:00-21:00 en weekend-, avond- en dagdiensten worden afgewisseld.
