Philadelphia zoekt een Begeleider LVB (24-36 uur) in Utrecht om bewoners met een lichte verstandelijke beperking structuur te bieden en te ondersteunen bij dagelijkse activiteiten. Je werkt in avonden/nacht/weekenden en draagt bij aan een veilige, warme woonomgeving.
Je hebt een mbo-3/4-diploma in Zorg en Welzijn en affiniteit met complexe doelgroepen. Ervaring met Outlook of ECD en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn gewenst.
