Het Leger des Heils zoekt een woonbegeleider voor een beschermde woonomgeving in Domus de Hoek. Je werkt aan structuur, zelfredzaamheid en rust voor bewoners met LVG, verslaving of psychiatrische problematiek.
Je biedt ADL-ondersteuning, begeleidt bij dagbesteding en zorgt voor een veilige, betrokken leefomgeving. Werktijden zijn 07:30-15:30, 11:30-18:30 of 15:00-23:00 uur met een parttime contract van 28 of 32 uur per week.
