Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider LVB in Utrecht die bewoners met een lichte verstandelijke beperking ondersteunt en coördinerend werkt. Je biedt structuur in een veilige woonomgeving en betrekt bewoners actief bij dagelijkse activiteiten en sociale contacten.
Je werkt vooral in avonden/nachtdiensten en hebt een MBO-4 diploma gezorgd. Ervaring met LVB is gewenst en je krijgt aandacht voor ontwikkeling, met een vast rooster en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.
