Interakt Contour zoekt een woonbegeleider om 24 uur per week de deelnemers van de Noodopvang Perspectief te ondersteunen op een locatie met 25 plaatsen. Je werkt samen met een persoonlijk begeleider en voert koppels gesprekken.
Je ondersteunt in de groep, organiseert activiteiten, helpt bij maaltijden en begeleidt bij afspraken met huisartsen of partners. Salaris volgens cao sociaal werk schaal 6, 12 maanden contract en mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling.
