Visio zoekt een Begeleider MVG in Huizen, met focus op rustige, veilige zorg en dagelijkse ondersteuning voor cliënten. Je werkt samen met collega’s, therapeuten en familie, begeleidt bij dagelijkse zorg en activiteiten, en reageert op veranderingen in gedrag of behoeften.
Je leert het Triple-C-model en volgt interne trainingen. Een Zorg- of agogisch diploma op niveau 3 is vereist, net als ervaring met intensieve begeleiding en rapportage.
