PEX Detachering zoekt ervaren Jeugdconsulenten voor IJsselstein. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij hulpvragen en werkt aan onderzoeks- en gezinsplannen. Je toont empathie, onderzoekt situaties en versterkt de eigen regie van ouders en jeugdigen, met samenwerking met zorgaanbieders.
Gevraagd wordt een HBO-bachelor Social Work of Pedagogiek, aantoonbare gemeentelijke Jeugd & Gezin-ervaring en SKJ-registratie. Zorg Ned-ervaring en registratie/verantwoording binnen de gemeente zijn gewenst.
