Reclassering Nederland zoekt een werkstrafbegeleider die op meerdere locaties in de provincie Utrecht aan het werk gaat en samen met collega’s zorgt voor veilige, gestructureerde uitvoering van de werkstraf.
Je bewaakt de kaders, signaleert conflicten, en past verschillende werkstijlen toe zoals oppasser, gids en groepswerker. Een mbo-4 diploma is vereist en er is ruimte voor verdere ontwikkeling.
