Het Opstapje zoekt een Ambulant Jeugdhulpverlener die gezinnen tijdelijk ondersteunt, hoofdzakelijk aan huis of op locatie. Je stelt begeleidingsdoelen af op de hulpvraag en stimuleert de eigen kracht en regie.
Je werkt cultuur-sensitief en bouwt vertrouwen op met gezinnen uit diverse achtergronden. Vereisten: hbo/wo zorggerelateerde opleiding, SKJ-registratie, minimaal twee jaar ambulante jeugdhulpervaring, rijbewijs B en flexibiliteit.
