Lister Lunetten biedt beschermd wonen met begeleiding aan mensen vanaf 18 jaar met een psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid. Als Begeleider (met ervaringsdeskundigheid) werk je in Utrecht Lunetten en draag je bij aan herstel en zelfredzaamheid.
Je werkt samen met de persoonlijk begeleider/herstelcoach en woonondersteuners aan begeleidingsplannen, voert dagelijkse taken uit en gaat met cliënten op pad naar afspraken en dagbesteding. Inzet op maat, eigen regie en vertrouwen staan centraal.
