AXIS Career zoekt een empathische woonbegeleider AMV voor Utrecht. Je biedt jongeren een veilige en stabiele omgeving, stimuleert zelfstandigheid en ondersteunt bij schoolgang.
Je voert intake- en voortgangsgesprekken, onderhoudt contacten met scholen en jeugdzorginstanties en organiseert activiteiten gericht op welzijn en integratie. Vereisten: mbo niveau 4 sociaal-agogische richting, minimaal 4 jaar ervaring en beschikbaarheid tussen 32 en 36 uur met onregelmatige diensten.
