Leger des Heils zoekt een ambulant begeleider in Dokkum voor begeleiding van volwassenen met meervoudige en complexe problematiek. Je werkt ambulant bij deelnemers thuis, biedt herstelgerichte ondersteuning en bouwt aan vertrouwen en zelfstandigheid.
Je hebt een HBO-opleiding (Social Work, MWD, SPH of HBO-V), rijbewijs en auto, en kunt een VOG overleggen. Daarnaast krijg je doorgroeimogelijkheden via Leger des Heils Academie.
