Je werkt nauw samen met de gedragswetenschapper en trajectmanager. Werkdagen: dinsdag, woensdag en vrijdag; uren 08:30–17:00; woensdag is een vaste werkdag.
Je biedt structuur, bouwt vertrouwen op, stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en begeleidt bij huisvesting, opvoeding en mentale gezondheid. Een 12-maanden contract met kans op vast dienstverband is mogelijk.
