Graduation Internship – AI & Copilot in Software Development

You will join a Dev Ops team working at the intersection of backend development and AI tooling, experimenting with Git Hub Copilot to reimagine software development. The goal is to move from AI as a helper to AI as a real development partner.

As an intern you will explore how Copilot can support developers in an active and intelligent way, investigating its value and limitations within real development workflows.

Key topics:

• Understanding Copilot capabilities in IntelliJ
• Exploring agentic AI patterns in development workflows
• Designing smarter AI‑assisted coding approaches
• Measuring the impact of AI on productivity and code quality

The technical playground will be backend systems using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot, with opportunities to use Copilot in API development, refactoring and test generation.
