Data Scientist - GraphRAG

As a Data Scientist within the LinQ GraphRAG team, you are at the forefront of the bank’s AI transformation. You join LinQ, an ecosystem of four specialized teams leveraging graph technology to improve services bank-wide and power critical social impact initiatives, such as the fight against financial crime. The team is responsible for exploring, validating and developing how GraphRAG can enhance GenAI by grounding Large Language Models (LLMs) with structured knowledge.

You will accelerate innovation by experimenting with graph-based retrieval strategies and integrating them within the Data & Analytics landscape. In this role, you help create and transform innovative ideas and experiments into high-quality, production-ready solutions. By bringing strong software engineering and coding expertise, you play a key role in scaling prototypes into robust, reliable products that create real business value.

• Build responsible and cost-effective GraphRAG solutions on large, unstructured datasets.
• Analyze and optimize critical code to improve performance and scalability.
• Turn explorational notebooks into a maintainable and testable codebase.

• Create reusable building blocks that can be used all over the bank.
