Consultant Platform & Agentic Engineering

Zure Netherlands started in May 2025 with two founders and grew into a team of seven, working from our office in the startup hub Dot Slash in Utrecht. We're part of Zure Group: 130+ Azure experts across Finland, Denmark, Belgium, the UK and the Netherlands. We're looking for our eighth colleague. That means someone who wants to do great client work and help shape what Zure Netherlands becomes.

We work by the "teach a man to fish" principle. Our customers should own their cloud and software journey, but they often lack the skills, vision or capacity to get there. So first we show them what's possible by building it. Then we build it together with their teams. Finally, we make sure they can run without us. We stay their trusted advisor and move on to help the next customer.

• Platform Engineering: internal developer platforms on Azure that make teams faster and safer. We're a Certified Service Provider for platform engineering.org.

• Agentic software engineering: helping development teams adopt agentic engineering practices that actually stick.

• Agentic applications on Azure: designing and building AI agents and the architecture around them.

• Lead client engagements from first assessment to working solution

• Run workshops and coach development teams in agentic engineering practices

• Design and build platforms and AI solutions on Azure, hands-on

• Advise client architects and leadership on direction and trade-offs

• Help build Zure itself: learn from your colleagues and push each other to the next level

We care more about attitude than about years of experience. The right attitude and eagerness to learn matter more to us than hard skills.

• Experience with Azure and a real interest in at least one of our focus areas

• You still write code (with agents) and enjoy it

• You're comfortable in front of client stakeholders, from developers to leadership

Most of the Zure founders met in the Microsoft community, and it's still part of who we are. We go to meetups and conferences together, and we make time and budget available for you to speak at events, organise them or contribute in other ways.

We combine working at customer sites, at our office in Utrecht and from home. You decide what works best, but we like to be together often. A team that learns from each other and can rely on each other is what we're building.
