Transdev Nederland zoekt een Medewerker Exploitatieve Reserve (MER) die gemiddeld 50% van de tijd als buschauffeur werkt en de overige helft inzet op het voorkomen van dreigende rituitval en het borgen van de dienstvoering.
Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van de dienstuitvoering en bent aanspreekpunt voor de operatie. Naast operationele taken wordt van je verwacht dat je calamiteiten signaleert en proactief handelt, ook buiten kantooruren.
