We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Dove CE Academy to provide bespoke support to vulnerable children. The ideal candidate will support classroom inclusion, facilitate learning and contribute to the wider ethos of ourstaff and occasionally cover classes in the absence of the teacher.
This job is temporary with a view of becoming permanent and possibility of an increase in hour.

- High expectations of themselves and others.
- Will assist teachers in classroom management.
- Is happy to oversee the class and direct learning as cover for a class.
- Use of initiative and can work independently as well as under the direction of the class teacher.
- Will support children in their academic, social and emotional needs as well as personal care.
- A willingness to uphold our Christian values.
- Has primary school experience.
