Job Summary
Factory Labourer / Stores Person (within an Engineering / Construction facility) This is a LONG-TERM Temporary role. Temp-to-Perm after 3 months for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Kitting items ready for despatch to site
- Checking and booking items into storage
- Helping to load and unload deliveries
- General labouring
- Keeping the workshop and yard tidy
- You may be asked to help with general day-to-day maintenance tasks
Possibility of a Temp-to-Perm duration of just 3 months. The client’s aim is to appoint this person into a permanent role after a successful trial period.
HoursRegular Day shifts Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (minus an hour for breaks) 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week.
BenefitsPAYE rate NMW £12.21/hr (rising in April) Weekly paid 28 days paid leave per year Free staff car parking Pension scheme available after a qualifying period.
