Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits and inspections of fiber construction sites to ensure compliance with standards, safety, and regulations.
• Oversee contractors in the field, ensuring quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports with notes, photos, and progress tracking.
• Identify construction issues and recommend corrective actions, keeping projects on track and within budget.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of OSP construction inspection or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of aerial/underground fiber installation, splicing, and restoration practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, maps, and specifications.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and managing multiple projects at once.
