The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training and support to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality—we'll take care of the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to meet store needs.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder. May be exposed to fumes and odors. The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Working around moving parts and occasional exposure to chemicals.
