EMEA Payroll Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Competitive  Benefits About the Role We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative payroll team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate and compliant payroll services across countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), working closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for a payroll professional with strong international payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Coordinate and prepare payroll input data for external payroll providers. Review, validate, and approve payroll outputs produced by payroll bureaus. Ensure all employee salary payments, tax submissions, and social security contributions are processed accurately and on time. Prepare payroll pre funding cost estimates for overseas payroll transfers. Process and raise local and international payroll payments across multiple currencies.

Manage and maintain relationships with payroll service providers, ensuring agreed service levels are met. Respond promptly and professionally to payroll related employee queries. Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and filing systems. Support payroll compliance activities across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting requirements. Skills & Experience Required Essential Proven payroll experience within an EMEA or international payroll environment.

Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance requirements. Experience working with external payroll providers and managing service delivery. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience processing payroll payments and working with multiple currencies. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
