Financial Services Personal Assistant
- 35,000 to 40,000 Basic Salary
- 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a Mortgage Brokerage. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
You must be very IT literate and social media savvy. Knowledge of, or familiarity with the mortgage industry will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule and arrange appointments and meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for all communication, both internal and external, for the Managing Director
- Prepare and proofread correspondence and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Managing Director
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of Mortgages or Financial Services will be an advantage
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
