Office Administrator

Are you an organised administrator who thrives in a busy office environment? We're looking for a proactive Office Administrator to support a growing team with administration, recruitment support, compliance, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and updating staff and candidate records
• Supporting recruitment activities, including candidate calls and interview coordination
• Making outbound calls and responding to email enquiries
• Processing documentation and ensuring compliance records are up to date
• Updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Providing general administrative support to the wider office team

• Previous administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident telephone manner and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and databases
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
