Job Title:

Internal Sales Manager – IT Sales

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE plus comms

Location:

Uxbridge (Hybrid Working)

Role Overview :
Internal Sales Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving customer acquisition and sales development across key target accounts, with a current team of 5 internal sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement sales initiatives to achieve agreed business objectives
Lead from the front, motivating and supporting the team to deliver strong results
Monitor performance and provide regular coaching, development and feedback
Build and promote strong customer partnerships by understanding requirements and identifying growth opportunities
Support account management activity and contribute to sales where needed

Ideal Candidate:
Internal Sales Manager

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT sales and internal sales leadership — whether that’s from a reseller, distributor, or vendor environment.

Experience selling to and managing IT resellers / VAR partners is essential, as this role will include an element of your own account management and sales responsibility, alongside managing the team.

You’ll be proactive, commercially driven, and confident building pipeline through relationship development, account growth, and new business activity.
