The Group Transformation Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Group Transformation Office (GTO) to drive visibility, governance, and execution across Reckitt's enterprise transformation portfolio.
The role provides analytical, project management, governance, and reporting support to ensure strategic transformation initiatives are effectively tracked, prioritised, and delivered. Working closely with senior transformation leaders, programme teams, and functional stakeholders, the Associate helps maintain portfolio transparency, drives high-quality decision support, and contributes to embedding best-in-class transformation practices across the Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership, enterprise-wide strategic programmes, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Please note that this role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your responsibilities- Support the management of the Group Transformation portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across initiatives
- Coordinate governance processes, including preparation of portfolio reviews, steering committees, and executive updates
- Maintain portfolio data, dashboards, and reporting within the Group's portfolio management platform
- Track programme status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions across transformation initiatives
Executive Reporting & Insights:
- Develop high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and governance forums
- Consolidate updates from programme teams and translate information into concise executive insights
- Analyse portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention
Transformation Delivery Support:
- Assist programme and workstream leads with planning, tracking, and delivery activities
- Support milestone management and delivery monitoring across strategic transformation initiatives
- Ensure agreed actions, decisions, and commitments are tracked and followed through
- Support development and maintenance of benefits tracking frameworks
- Monitor benefits delivery against approved business cases
- Work with Finance and business stakeholders to improve visibility of realised and forecast value
- Act as a key user of the Group portfolio management platform (Service Now SPM, Planisware, or equivalent)
- Ensure portfolio data quality, consistency, and adherence to governance standards
- Support continuous improvement of reporting, dashboards, and portfolio analytics
- Contribute to the development of standard methodologies, templates, and governance processes
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio visibility, decision-making, and transformation effectiveness
Decision Making Authority:
- Prioritisation of day-to-day portfolio management activities
- Recommendations relating to reporting, governance, and portfolio insights
- Escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies through agreed governance channels
