This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team. Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you'll support the delivery of strategic business migration and partner implementation projects across Europe, helping to ensure successful launches that are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with internal stakeholders, partners and vendors, you'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining governance processes and driving delivery outcomes.

• Support the end-to-end implementation of partnership and business migration projects across Europe.
• Assist in managing project activities from pre-planning through to launch and post-implementation support.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, governance documentation and project reporting.
• Coordinate project meetings, document actions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Lead defined project work streams and deliver activities within agreed timelines.
• Support business delivery requirements including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews and legal contracting processes.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies and issues, escalating and supporting mitigation activities where required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist with project budgeting, resource planning and task coordination activities.
• Deliver high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory obligations and service level agreements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help embed effective delivery processes across the business.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a business delivery, project coordination or project implementation role.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
