You will lead site teams to deliver schemes to exceptional standards of quality, safety and programme performance, and drive day-to-day delivery from mobilization through to completion.
About the Role
- Manage on-site construction activities across residential and refurbishment projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives to maintain programme and quality
- Ensure compliance with H&S standards and project specifications
- Chair site meetings and provide regular updates to the senior team
- Strong site management experience on residential new-build and refurbishment programmes
- Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget
- 25 days annual leave + statutory holidays
- 5% pension contribution
- Annual performance bonus
