Are you a detail-driven copywriter who can switch seamlessly between lifestyle storytelling and technical accuracy? At Keplin, we’re looking for a versatile and commercially minded Copywriter to join our growing team — someone who understands how to write copy that not only sells but also complies with both D2C and B2B standards across a wide range of product categories.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Copywriter, located in Uxbridge. The Copywriter will be responsible for creating and editing press releases, developing communication strategies, writing marketing copy, and ensuring content is proofread and error-free. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.

As our in-house Copywriter, you’ll craft compelling, compliant, and conversion-friendly content across all touchpoints — from packaging to product listings. You’ll work closely with the buying, creative, and marketing teams to deliver copy that’s on‑brand, optimised, and legally sound for both direct‑to‑consumer and business‑to‑business audiences.

• Product Page & Web Copy – Informative, engaging content tailored to each category
• SEO Copy – Search‑optimised text that supports visibility and ranking
• Packaging Copy – Accurate, consumer‑friendly messaging in line with UK regulations
• Instruction Manuals – Clear, concise user guides with a focus on usability
• Blogs & Backlink Articles – Value‑led content supporting our digital growth strategy
• Press Releases – Professional external communications for product launches or brand updates

You’ll also work alongside compliance and product teams to ensure all copy adheres to relevant legal, safety, and labelling standards
, especially for categories like health & wellness, electricals, and pet care.

• Strong copywriting experience across eCommerce, packaging, and product content
• A working knowledge of D2C and B2B compliance requirements (e.g. legal restrictions)
• Excellent written English with flawless grammar and proofing skills
• Ability to switch between tones for different product categories and customer types
• Confidence writing long‑ and short‑form content: from manuals to blog posts
• Strong understanding of SEO copy principles and best practice
• Comfortable working across multiple briefs and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Bonus:
  Experience writing for lifestyle, home, pet, or electrical categories

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Writing, creating Press Releases, and Communication
• Marketing skills and understanding of marketing strategies
• Strong Proofreading skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in content creation for various platforms
