Product Photographer | Keplin Group Limited | Uxbridge, Hybrid
Keplin Group is hiring a Product Photographer to join our growing creative team at our Uxbridge office.
We're a fast-growing FMCG brand delivering essential products across home, lifestyle, personal care, and seasonal categories. This role sits at the heart of our brand output - running the studio end to end, from shoot setup through to edited, design-ready imagery across our full brand portfolio.
If you want a photography role with real ownership, room to lead, and the chance to shape the visual identity of a growing portfolio of UK consumer brands, then read on.
The Role:You'll own end-to-end product and campaign photography - from studio setup through to final image handoff - ensuring every shoot runs efficiently and every asset meets brand standard. You'll work closely with the Design Manager and wider marketing, buying, and e-commerce teams to plan shot lists and campaign concepts, and will brief and direct freelancers, assistants, or junior team members on shoot days.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing:
Studio Setup
- Plan, set up, and run in-house studio shoots - lighting, backdrops, rigs, and camera setup - for a high volume of SKUs across multiple brands
- Shoot conversion-optimised product photography, including 360 spins, infographics, and A+ content
- Deliver imagery for catalogues, social media, paid advertising, packaging, and trade show materials
- Edit, retouch, and colour-correct images to a polished, brand-consistent standard before handing final files to the design team
- Manage shoot schedules, equipment, and studio maintenance to hit tight product launch deadlines
- Work closely with the Design Manager and marketing, buying, and e-commerce teams to plan shot lists and campaign concepts
- Brief and direct freelance photographers, assistants, or junior team members where required
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality standard across all product and lifestyle imagery
- Organise and archive raw and edited image libraries with consistent naming and file structures
- Source and manage props, samples, and location logistics for lifestyle and seasonal shoots
- Stay on top of photography trends, marketplace imagery requirements, and new equipment or editing techniques
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a product photographer, ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer retail
- Proven experience helping organise and shoot large-scale campaigns, with a track record of mentoring photography assistants or junior team members
- Strong portfolio spanning product, lifestyle, and campaign photography across e-commerce and print
- Proven ability to set up and manage a studio independently - lighting, backdrops, tethering, and camera equipment
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or equivalent)
- Confident briefing, directing, and managing freelancers, assistants, or junior team members on shoot days
- Able to manage multiple shoot schedules, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
- Understanding of Amazon and marketplace image specifications and requirements
- Comfortable working as part of a wider creative team alongside designers, marketers, and buyers
- Supportive leadership style with the ability to give direction and constructive feedback
- Experience with product videography, 360 spin rigs, or motion content
- Flexible working - choose your hours between 8:30am-5pm or 9:30am-6pm
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week from home
- Pension scheme
- Birthday leave, on top of a competitive annual leave allowance
- 50% employee discounts on Keplin products
- Quarterly staff socials and celebrations
- Free on-site parking
