Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm with shifts 8‑4:30pm & 9:30‑6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30‑3:30pm, 1 shift per week 10:30‑7:30pm.

• Handle new accident referrals from partners and guide clients through initial claim steps.
• Investigate accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud.
• Explain our services and benefits clearly, leveraging sales skills where possible.
• Organise suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
• Make smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business.
• Deliver top‑tier customer service with empathy and energy.
• Promote our services with confidence and care.

• A friendly and engaging phone manner.
• Strong communication, listening and decision‑making skills.
