My client (who offers a tasty product line) is now seeking a bright and driven person to join their customer team.
This is a tight-knit department—somewhere where teamwork definitely makes the dream work!
The position will involve liaising with B2B customers, order processing, and managing logistical and delivery issues.
Training will be given where needed, and prospects for further development are good.

Responsibilities

Process all sales orders and related activities

Input into ERP system

Pre-and post-sales orders administration, including issuing relevant documentation

Liaise with relevant departments to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled

Monitor updated delivery dates against customers’ requirements ensuring the Company meets the required deadlines

Communication with customers

Quotations, acknowledging orders, updating on the progress of the orders

Following up on any queries or concerns that a client may have regarding their orders
