My client (who offers a tasty product line) is now seeking a bright and driven person to join their customer team.
This is a tight-knit department—somewhere where teamwork definitely makes the dream work!
The position will involve liaising with B2B customers, order processing, and managing logistical and delivery issues.
Training will be given where needed, and prospects for further development are good.
Responsibilities
Process all sales orders and related activitiesInput into ERP systemPre-and post-sales orders administration, including issuing relevant documentationLiaise with relevant departments to ensure customer expectations are fulfilledMonitor updated delivery dates against customers’ requirements ensuring the Company meets the required deadlinesCommunication with customersQuotations, acknowledging orders, updating on the progress of the ordersFollowing up on any queries or concerns that a client may have regarding their ordersInvestigating#J-18808-Ljbffr
