We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist role in a Financial Services company based in Attiki. The company has over a decade of experience providing its global clients with dependable and excellent forex market brokerage services that are entirely transparent. It is looking for a motivated and skilled customer service agent to join its London team, contributing significantly to its rapidly expanding clientele.
Job Requirements- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Chinese language skills preferred;
English fluency essential. - A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related customer service field (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of financial or related experience (essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous sales/customer service experience required.
- Excellent time management and task management abilities.
