GLL is seeking a Concierge at The Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre. You will greet customers, handle calls and transactions, and help convert enquiries into memberships. A can-do attitude and focus on customer service are essential, with responsibilities across reception, administration, and basic upkeep.
The role offers flexible hours negotiated with the service needs and a uniform will be supplied. GLL is the UK s largest leisure operator and a staff-owned, Living Wage employer.
